Day In The Life | High St Armadale Shopping Trip

Digital content and online shopping isn't going anywhere anytime soon (thank god!), but honestly - who doesn't LOVE a good day spent out shopping and brunching? All my Melb girls will agree that we seriously have some of the best centres and shopping strips around, and one of my faves has to be High St in Armadale.

I spent the other day taking some much needed time off from this hectic week (keep an eye out for my wrap-up post for VAMFF at the end of the week!) ducking in and out of some of my fave stores and cafes on High St...check it.

1. Josh Goot
SHOP: 1048-1050 High St Armadale
One of my fave stores on High St has to be Josh Goot. Not only is the interiors and fit out of this store utterly incredible (I could take pictures in here all day), but the clean crisp set out of all the garments is exactly what you need when shopping and finding something to wear (my wardrobe should probably take note!).

I'm currently obsessing over all the current season black/white scribble pieces.

2. Thurley
SHOP: 1080 High St Armadale
You know how much I love my Thurley - especially for events. And guess what? I found my gorgeous Oaks Day dress now in store. It seriously is such a stunning piece, and if you've been eyeing it off of my insta, definitley take a look in person. I think you'll love it more if that's even possible? Speaking of loving, I'm completely in love with the new window display, featuring some of Thurley's amazing all white pieces - perfect for relaxed racing.

3. Aje
SHOP: 1045 High St Armadale
The Aje store is a dangerous one. Once again I absolutely love the interiors in all of the Aje boutiques - they're just so pretty. Aje is a label I wear a lot, for both events and everyday - each piece is so stunning in it's self and the fabrics are some of my fave - super flow-y but still nicely weighted. One of my fave Aje pieces are their embellished leggings, I love dressing them down with simple converse sneakers for that street edge.

4. The Lovebird
EAT: 1102 High St Armadale
Finally, something to eat and drink! I love this cute little hangout just next to Skin and Threads for a low key brunch or quick coffee. If you're on the street and looking for a lovely spot, this is it!
