Ask Vydia | Fitness Fashion

Hi Vydia!! Just wanted to tell you how much I love the blog, every post is so helpful. Could you please recommend some work out clothes you wear and ones that look nice? Thank you, Tiarne

Step 1: Look the part. I'm a huge believer of the notion look good, feel good and there's nothing like sporting a chic ensemble to get you motivated, outside and working out. However, in saying this, splurging on activewear tends to be a bit of a drainer on the bank account! So it's important to keep quality at the top of the agenda and to also pick pieces that are comfortable and can take you from season to season, and even from workout to the street.

When it comes to workout gear, I prefer to keep it simple and sleek with a bit of a modest take (you wont see me in simply a sports bra with bike shorts whilst running the tan). I also love activewear that doubles up into street wear, pieces like loose tanks and running tights transition easily from working out to running errands. I'm not a huge fan of colour (in general haha) but I do like little pops of neon in my shoes and accessories in particular, when it comes to activewear. Nike can do no wrong in my opinion, but I have also recently been loving pieces from First Base and Pilot Athletic.

Here are some of my favourite work out pieces currently in my wardrobe and some that defs need to be added to the shopping list...

  1. There's no need to dress like a model for a workout, but proper gym clothes can make the difference between a satisfying sweatfest and a fruitless attempt at fitness. For some good fitness apparels.I must recommend

  2. I have been taking herbal supplements since i was 10 years old so I am pretty much used to swallowing big pills. I never had any complaint about the size or had any difficulty swallowing.
